The terms & Conditions have been arranged in to two sections. The terms & conditions of the use of the web site and the terms & conditions of the services provided. Please read each section below..

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Haskies Hog Roasts are not liable for any damages, accidents or injuries to persons or pets whilst hiring or otherwise using or handling equipment, however caused.
When booking your hog roast with us an initial non-refundable payment of £50 is required to secure your booking with Haskies Hog Roasts. The remaining balance will be due (and must be cleared) 3 weeks prior to your event. If payment of the balance is not received Haskies Hog Roasts has the right to cancel your booking.
In the event of cancellation please advise us immediately by telephone and then confirm in writing. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event date the entire fee will be forfeit and non-refundable.
If, however, you need to adjust or rearrange your booking up to 2 weeks prior to your initial date, Haskies Hog Roasts will try our utmost to accommodate you with no obligation. If the customer changes the serving time on the day we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the product.
We will arrive on time but cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic and acts of God
The Customer must ensure there is level access to the preparation and serving positions and is also responsible for any parking charges or permits that are required.
The customer must provide access to toilet facilities and clean running water.
On a DIY hog roast we advise that the machine shall be supervised at all times whilst cooking.
On DIY hog roasts the customer is liable for any damage, loss or theft of the equipment hired from Haskies Hog Roasts. This shall include the time the equipment leaves the company’s premises or transportation until it is returned to the same. Haskies Hog Roasts does advise that the hirer take out the appropriate insurance cover to insure against theft, loss and public liability.
In the event of loss or damage the customer shall be invoiced the recommended retail price of the replacement equipment.
All hire equipment shall be returned/collected in the same condition as collected/delivered (machine hire only). Failure to clean equipment shall incur a £50 cleaning charge on each machine.
All equipment shall be returned/collected at the agreed date & time. Failure to comply will incur an additional hire charge. This shall continue to be levied until the equipment is returned/collected. The daily rate is currently charged at £50 per day or part thereof.
As the hog roast machine gets very hot during and after cooking, children and non-serving persons should be kept at a safe distance,
If the customer would like to keep any remaining hog they must provide food grade bags or containers but we cannot be held responsible for any food product after we have left the premises and the customer will have to sign a disclaimer before any food is left.
On DIY hog roasts we will supply gloves, a meat thermometer and instructions on how to safely cook your pig. We are happy to advise you (via a phone call) as much as is needed on the day.
